This isn’t a rΓ©sumΓ©, and it’s not a journal. It’s my own
private HR file... Except it’s for all of me, not just my work self. It’s a
place to keep track of what I'm good at, what matters to me, the roles I play,
the values I carry, and the things I’ve done that made a real difference.
When I'm feeling foggy, out of alignment, or just kind of
small… this is where I come to remember who the hell I am. It’s not meant to be
pretty. It’s meant to be true. To show my growth.
